Integrated System with Nutsche Filter-Dryer, Mill, Mixer and Gravimetric Filling: Material undergoes filtration and drying in the Nutsche Filter-Dryer, followed by vacuum feeder to an intermediate vessel. Optional hammer milling enables particle size reduction before entering the blending vessel. After multi-stage IPC checks, material is precisely dosed via screw-fed gravimetric system for packaging.
The pellet production line is an automated production line that processes raw materials into finished pellets that meet user requirements under fully sealed conditions. The raw materials are manually fed into the unloading station, and after unloading, they are transported to the mixing bin for thorough mixing. Then, they are conveyed to the wet mixing bin by a vacuum feeder according to the appropriate ratio, and finally transported to the extrusion and rolling integrated machine by screw conveyors. The produced pellets are dried by a vibration dryer, screened out to meet the requirements, stored in the finished product warehouse, weighed and measured, inspected, and packaged as finished products. At the same time, products that have been screened and found to be unqualified are returned to the wet mixer for secondary processing.
This fully sealed system executes simultaneous drying, precision screening, and gravimetric filling of bulk materials in a single automated operation.
Integrated System with Double Cone Mixer, Sifter, and Gravimetric Filling: After being mixed by a double cone mixer, the material is transported to the 1 # silo by vacuum feeder 1. Through the screening effect of a horizontal rotary centrifugal sifter, the material that meets the user's requirements is screened and stored in the 2 # silo. It then enters the 3 # silo through vacuum feeder 2 and is bagged by the gravimetric filling machine. This system meets the requirements of the new GMP certification, with dust-free treatment and PLC automatic control.
