Building upon this foundation, the CXJ features three critical enhancements: Active Cooling System - Prevents thermal degradation during processing. Anti-Slip Material Conveying - Eliminates feed instability in the extrusion chamber. Precision Temperature Control - Monitors and regulates material temperature in real-time.
Basket extruder for large-volume pellet manufacturing
The laboratory-scale vertical pelletizing extruder is designed for R&D environments and pilot-scale production. Compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, it efficiently transforms wet, cohesive mixtures of powders, excipients, and binders into uniform cylindrical extrudates. Material is fed by a rotating shaft feeder into the extrusion chamber, where it is compressed through a perforated die plate to form consistent, dense pellets.
Wet mass is conveyed into the extrusion chamber by a screw feeder, compacted under controlled pressure, and forced through a screen die to form dense cylindrical extrudates of variable lengths.
