Material undergoes filtration and drying in the Nutsche Filter-Dryer, followed by vacuum feeder to an intermediate vessel. Optional hammer milling enables particle size reduction before entering the blending vessel. After multi-stage IPC checks, material is precisely dosed via screw-fed gravimetric system for packaging.
This fully closed, pipelined, and automated system is engineered for containment-critical applications in purified API finishing suites.
