The complete assembly includes a vibrating bulk bag discharging station, a crusher, a small bag feeding station, a dust collection system, a pneumatic rotary valve, and a U-shaped screw conveyor. During operation, bulk bags are lifted by an electric hoist and discharged via the vibrating station. The discharged material is processed through the crusher before entering the small bag feeding station, where the dust collection system performs real-time filtration and recovery. Before the material is transferred to the next process stage via the rotary valve and U-shaped screw conveyor, a magnetic separator ensures all metallic impurities are removed.
