This system is designed for the unpacking, feeding, screening, and discharging of small bag materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. It is particularly suitable for handling materials with poor flowability. During the unpacking process, the integrated dust collection fan prevents powder dispersion, ensuring a clean and controlled operating environment.
The big bag discharging stations are designed for safe and efficient unloading of powders and bulk solids from FIBC bags. It can be integrated with vacuum conveying equipment and milling systems to create a fully automated and dust-free powder handling process.
This system integrates a Bulk Bag Unloader (FIBC Discharger), a Crusher, and a Small Bag Feeding Station into a comprehensive, combined discharging solution. The complete assembly includes a vibrating bulk bag discharging station, a crusher, a small bag feeding station, a dust collection system, a pneumatic rotary valve, and a U-shaped screw conveyor. During operation, bulk bags are lifted by an electric hoist and discharged via the vibrating station. The discharged material is processed through the crusher before entering the small bag feeding station, where the dust collection system performs real-time filtration and recovery. Before the material is transferred to the next process stage via the rotary valve and U-shaped screw conveyor, a magnetic separator ensures all metallic impurities are removed.

Equipped with an integrated bagging device, the system is exceptionally user-friendly—operators simply need to pull out the PE liner to begin the process.
The gratmetric fllng of bulk or dry powder materials is carried out under fully sealed conditions wth precise flow contol ensuring accuate dosing and automatic completion of the entire dosing and filing process.
This system utilizes a conveying screw driven by a worm gear motor to transport materials to the discharge outlet. Under its own weight, the material passes through the discharge port and filling head, falling precisely into the container positioned on the electronic weighing platform.
