Structure

The Small Bag Vibrating Feeding Station comprises a manual unloading hopper, an anti-pinch feeding platform, a feed hopper, a vibrating screen, a filtration system, a dust collection system, a reverse jet airbag, and a vibrating motor. To process materials, operators simply manually open bags and feed them into the station. Any generated dust is immediately captured by the dust collection fan. The vibrating screen (safety mesh) effectively intercepts oversized particles and foreign matter, allowing only compliant granules to pass through to the next stage.
