Wet mixing pellet machine is the core equipment for preparing granules in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. 1、 Pre boot check: Details determine success or failure
1. Confirmation of the status of the wet mixing pellet machine
① Check that the mixing blade and cutting blade are not worn or loose, the lubrication system oil level is normal, and the pneumatic valve is flexible and not stuck.
② Conduct a 3-minute no-load test run to detect any abnormal noise from the mechanical transmission components and ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
2. Material preparation requirements
① The moisture content of the powder is 5%, and it needs to be sieved through a 60 mesh sieve to remove clumps; Adhesives (such as starch slurry) should be preheated to 60-70 ℃ to ensure uniform dispersion.
② Weigh the raw materials according to the prescription amount, and control the error within the range of± Within 0.5%, different materials must be strictly input in order.
2、 Accurate control of operating parameters
1. Wet mixing stage
① After starting the wet mixing pellet machine, mix the dry powder at low speed (50-80 rpm) for 5 minutes, and then gradually increase the speed to 120-150 rpm to add the binder.
② The mixing time is based on the uniform and moist state of the material, usually lasting 10-15 minutes. Excessive addition of liquid can easily cause the particles to become too soft.
2. Granulation cutting parameters
① Set the cutting blade speed to 200-250 rpm, creating a reverse shear force with the stirring blade to promote particle formation.
② The particle size can be adjusted by the height of the cutting head, with a common range of 500-1000 μ m. It is necessary to observe the uniformity of the discharged particles in real time to avoid differences in thickness>; 20%.
3、 Shutdown maintenance and compliance records
1. Batch cleaning and key point inspection
① Stop feeding first, continue running idle for 2 minutes to empty the residual slurry, and then clean the chamber and cutting tools with purified water.
② The key inspection is to check whether the screen mesh is damaged. If the aperture deviation is greater than 80 μ m, it needs to be replaced immediately. Equipment that meets GMP requirements needs to be printed and archived for parameters.
2. Quality verification and preventive maintenance
① The batch particle forming rate is 95%, the brittleness is less than 0.8%, and the moisture content is stable in the range of 2% -4%.
② Daily recording of the operating parameters of the wet mixing pellet machine, monthly detection of impeller radial runout<0.1mm, and annual calibration of pressure sensor accuracy by a third-party.
