4、 Coating machine: endowing microspheres with special functions
The coating machine is used for coating micro pills, which can not only improve the appearance of micro pills, but also achieve various functions such as slow and controlled release. The coating material is evenly sprayed on the surface of the pellets by means of spray, and then dried and solidified. Accurate liquid supply system and stable air intake system are the key to the normal operation of the coating machine, which can ensure the uniform thickness of the coating layer, thereby ensuring that the drug release characteristics of the microspheres meet expectations.
