Proper maintenance can extend the lifespan of equipment, ensure production stability and consistent particle quality, and meet high standards such as GMP. Below, the editor will introduce the maintenance methods of the wet mixing pellet machine.
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Check before startup
Clean the parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials (such as mixing pots, cutting knives), and wipe the surface with 75% alcohol to meet hygiene standards; Check if the fasteners (bolts, nuts) are loose and if the transmission components (bearings, worm gears) are flexible.
Verify the rotation direction and flexibility of the mixing blade and cutting knife to ensure no abnormal noise; The compressed air pressure needs to be stable at 0.6 MPa to avoid pressure fluctuations affecting the granulation effect.
2. Monitoring during operation
Continuous operation for no more than 20 hours per day to prevent motor overheating or increased component wear; Real time observation of particle forming status, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting if any abnormalities are found.
3. Post shutdown processing
Timely remove residual materials from the mixing pot, sieve, and pipeline to avoid blockage after drying; Dismantle the rotating drum or mixing bowl, clean it thoroughly, dry it thoroughly, and store it.
2、 Lubrication management
Periodic lubrication
Lubricating grease should be replenished or replaced every six months for core parts such as gearboxes and bearings, and the oil level should not be lower than the centerline of the dipstick; Check the lubrication status of transmission components (worm gear, gearbox) monthly and apply high-temperature resistant grease.
Add lubricating grease to the oil cup of the chassis every week, clean the chain and sprocket with diesel every month, and brush the engine oil to ensure smooth transmission.
3、 Component inspection and replacement
1. Monthly inspection
Check the wear of the cutting blade and mixing blade, repair or replace deformed/worn parts; Confirm the airtightness of the sealing ring (pot cover, discharge port), and replace aging parts in a timely manner.
Check the wiring terminals of the distribution box and the operation status of the frequency converter, and clean the internal dust accumulation.
2. Half year maintenance
Replace the motor synchronous belt and adjust the tension; Check the looseness of the chassis fixing screws and add lubricating grease; Add lubricating oil to the reducer.
4、 Professional Maintenance and Safety Standards
1. Annual maintenance
Thoroughly clean the oil stains and powder inside the host after cutting off the power supply; Check the performance of electrical components, circuit connections, and anti rotation blocks, and replace aging parts.
Disassemble the main motor to clean the interior, adjust the clearances between various components to restore equipment accuracy.
2. Safe operation
It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or tools into the interior of the equipment during operation; Power off and label before maintenance; Cables need to be protected with conduit to avoid mechanical damage.
5、 Material and Environmental Management
Adjust the processing method according to the characteristics of the raw materials and regularly check the quality of the raw materials; After shutdown, cover the equipment to prevent dust and store it in a dry and clean environment to avoid moisture and corrosion.
