Primary Crusher

The Primary Crusher is primarily designed for breaking up loose, low-hardness agglomerated materials. Comprising the crusher unit and a 

nitrogen replenishment device, it is mainly used for the preliminary crushing of lumps formed after processing in a Three-in-One (Filtering, 

Washing, Drying) machine or a Double Cone Dryer. This process facilitates subsequent material conveying.

Working Principle

The crusher reduces large-sized solid raw materials to the required dimensions. It consists of coarse crushing, fine crushing, and pneumatic 

conveying mechanisms, achieving comminution through high-speed impact. A pneumatic rotary feed valve supplies material periodically. 

Within the crushing chamber, high-speed blades rotating at 90 RPM ensure efficient crushing. A 100-mesh screen at the bottom controls the

 final particle size. An elbow-type air makeup valve maintains internal pressure, allowing the crushed material to be easily transferred to the 

next production stage.

Features

1.All product-contacting critical metal surfaces shall be constructed from SS304 stainless steel or superior materials. Internal surfaces are 

mirror-polished to < 0.4µm Ra, and external surfaces are polished to < 0.8µm Ra. All non-product contact metal surfaces shall be made from 

Grade 304 stainless steel or better.

2.Equipped with movable casters for easy transportation between floors. Features a quick-open design for simplified cleaning, disassembly, 

and assembly.

3.The overall equipment height does not exceed [Specify Height - value missing in original text]. Inlet connection is DN200, and the outlet connection is DN75, both designed for hose connections.

4.The rotary feed valve is driven by a 0-180 degree rotating cylinder, controlled by a solenoid valve, enabling +/- 180 degree alternating 

operation with adjustable speed.

5.The coarse crusher is driven by a geared, explosion-proof motor, offering an adjustable speed of 284 RPM and a power of 2.2 KW.

6.The air makeup system involves adding a pneumatic ball valve at the forefront of the conveying pipe. It opens automatically during material 

suction, synchronizing with the conveying vacuum.

7.The screen mesh aperture is 10 mm, providing a crushing capacity of 1000-1500 kg/h.
