The swing granulator uses mechanical extrusion to produce uniform particles from powdered raw materials. Its core structure includes a wheel, a drum, and a mold (screen) with an aperture. During operation, the motor drives the wheel to perform regular swinging motion, driving the drum to repeatedly compact the powder inside the mold. The powder is forcibly squeezed into the holes of the mold under the pressure between the drum and the mold, forming a strip-shaped object, which is then cut by a cutting blade or rotating blade outside the mold to form particles of the desired length. The entire process is continuous production, and the particle size can be controlled by adjusting the mold aperture and cutting speed.
The swing pellet machine mainly has the following characteristics:
1. High particle uniformity: Through precise design of the mold aperture, the particle size is ensured to be consistent, meeting the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical, food and other industries for specifications.
2. Easy to operate: simple structure, no need for complex parameter settings, easy to learn and use, low maintenance cost.
3. Strong adaptability: It can process wet viscous materials or dry powders, and can produce particles of different diameters by changing molds, with wide applicability.
4. Easy to clean: The modular design facilitates disassembly and cleaning, complies with GMP standards, and reduces the risk of cross contamination.
5. Efficient and low consumption: Under continuous operation mode, the production capacity is high and the power consumption is low, making it suitable for large-scale production.
6. Good stability: The mechanical structure is sturdy, runs smoothly, has a low failure rate, and has strong long-term reliability.
This device is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other fields, especially suitable for scenarios with high requirements for particle uniformity and hygiene standards.
