What are the precautions for using an experimental rolling machine?

View count:9

1、 Preparation before operation

1. Operators are required to wear protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and safety goggles to ensure personal safety.

2. Familiar with the structure, working principle, and operation process of the rolling machine to avoid accidents caused by misoperation.

2、 Equipment inspection and trial operation

1. Check if the rollers, guide rails, fasteners, and limit devices are functioning properly to ensure adequate lubrication.

2. No load test run to verify the sensitivity and reliability of various components such as brakes, interlocks, and emergency stop devices.

3、 Processing process control

1. Strictly follow standard parameters (such as pressing amount, cutting amount) to avoid surface defects on the workpiece (such as adhesion, peeling, or fatigue cracks) caused by improper parameters.

2. The workpiece should be placed correctly in the mold to ensure accurate positioning and avoid deviation or jamming.

4、 Security protection and monitoring

1. It is prohibited to dismantle the protective cover or come into contact with rotating parts during equipment operation. The hazardous area must be forcibly isolated through interlocking devices.

2. Real time observation of equipment operation status, and immediate shutdown for troubleshooting if any abnormalities (abnormal noise, vibration, temperature rise) are found.

5、 Maintenance and Closing

1. After the work is completed, turn off the power, clean the oxide scale and debris, and lubricate and maintain the sliding surface.

2. Fill in the device usage record for easy tracking and maintenance in the future.

6、 Key Risk Warning

1. The accuracy of the roller directly affects the processing quality and requires regular calibration or replacement of worn parts.

2. Process parameters need to be adjusted for workpieces of different materials (such as metal and plastic) to avoid overload or material damage.
